The complimentary breakfast was a good experience, with an excellent layout and a variety of local snacks and treats.

The bed was on the firmer side, which might be uncomfortable for those who prefer a softer mattress.

I appreciated being there, the place is beautifully appointed and fabulous.

The place was immaculately clean and staff was competent. Really tasty and marvellous breakfast was a bonus. The room was lovely and exceptionally comfortable with a body wash and conditioner in the separate bathroom.

The venue is lovely, it offers amazing breakfast and has incredible location not far from the historic center and maybe the steepest hill in Lisbon and Alfama, the historic part of Lisbon. The staff is competent at all the levels. All in all they offer excellent service...

I appreciated the a double room, that was lovely. It had an extremely comfy bed, climate control, TV set and a mini-fridge-bar.

The vibrant local atmosphere combined with the hotel's artistic decor created a immersive experience in the heart of Alfama.

The constant bright outdoor lighting at night did disrupt sleep as it illuminated our room.

Celebrating my birthday, I was delighted to find champagne and a beautifully presented dessert awaiting us. The staff's attention to detail made our stay nice.

This hotel shines with its amazing decor and prime location in Alfama, offering very nice amenities. The breakfast is fantastic, and the staff, including the wonderful Ricardo and Rita, are genuinely friendly and helpful. Just be prepared for steep climbs and limited dining options beyond breakfast. Would still recommend!

Fabulous location and viewpoint!

Room sizes are shockingly small, with minimal space for storage and awkward layouts that make navigation tricky. There are frequent noise disturbances from the outside streets and trams, especially in lower-level rooms, tough to get some good rest. The lack of in-room coffee machines was a bit disappointing for those who enjoy a morning brew in their room. A confusing check-in process left me feeling slightly rushed upon arrival, and both the cleanliness and breakfast areas felt cramped during busy times.

The Mansard double room was really nice, super comfy bed. I loved the complimentary drinks in the fridge and the warm welcome with local snacks. The decor was beautiful. Just a heads-up, the room could get a bit bright at night with the outside lights-might bug some people, but overall, it was a cozy and pleasant stay!

100% recommend for a short layover

Charming room, good breakfast, with a lovely terrace to enjoy the views. The staff was pleasant, and the free wi-fi was reliable for planning our day.
